Made a trip downtown to Rocket Doughnuts to check out what vegan delights they have to offer. We tried their chocolate cake and maple cake doughnuts. Mmmmmmmmmmm so good. Rocket Doughnuts sits on the corner of Holly St. and Bay St. in Bellingham.
